Hello again! It’s October’s Blog hop time! This month’s theme for the Inkin’ Krew blog hop is “Giving Thanks” and I used the In the Wild DSP from the annual catalog for the inspiration for this card.

For the card base I used Evening Evergreen card stock 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4, and used the landscape orientation. I used the 3rd largest rectangle stitched die to cut out the rectangle of In the Wild designer series paper and then matted it to a piece of Soft Succulent card stock.

For the more decorative pieces I grabbed the paper with the cheetah’s on it and just cut him out with my scissors. This one was a perfect fit because he was already on the corner so his backside and feet lined up perfectly for the bottom corner of my card. For the banner, I used Soft Succulent card stock an inch wide and eyeballed how long I wanted it to be. For the tails, I cut one line up the center of the piece and then went from the corner of each side to the middle.

For the sentiment, I used Very Vanilla card stock and cut it out with the second smallest die in the stitched rectangle dies. Then I used the Wildly Grateful stamp from the “Lovely You” stamp set and inked it up with Evening Evergreen Ink. Thanks for stopping by my blog and checking out my card. I know you will enjoy what everyone else has made as well! Happy Stamping!
