Hello Everyone! Today’s card is a fun one that I made during our team lounge. Each month the Art and Soul team gets together to do updates and a little stamping together. Our leader Jaimie coaches us through a set of instructions that are purposely vague so that all of our projects come out a little different. She sends out all of the paper dimensions ahead of time and tells us in general what we will need to have ready. I made this one while on the meeting.

Thursday during my facebook live, I made another card that was very similar except it used a different DSP Pattern and different colors of card stock and ink. This is the one that I will be talking about in detail today. I started off with a card base of Soft Succulent and saved an extra panel that will cover the entire front.

I then took that panel and used the Painted Texture embossing folder to create the background for the card and adhered it with Liquid Glue. For the next layer I used a square mat of Polished Pink and a panel of Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper. For the floral Image, I used Evening Evergreen ink and colored it in with Stampin’ Blends. I used Flirty Flamingo and Mossy Meadow. After it was all colored I used my scissors to carefully cut around the image. Lastly I used Mini Stampin’ Dimensionals to place these on the card front.

Next, I used Evening Evergreen Chevron Weave Ribbon in the shape of an “M” which I stuck down with Stampin’ Seal. For the “Such Good News” sentiment I used Soft Succulent Ink on the long label die from the Bloom hybrid embossing folder set. I placed this on an angle over the square with more Stampin’ Dimentionals. For the final touch, I added a little bee trinket. It was just big enough to hide a mini dimentional behind it to put it on.

If you’d like to order any of the products that I used, you can shop the website here . Over on my facebook page you can find the replay of the tutorial I did this past Thursday. I do a new tutorial each Thursday at 1:00 pm EST on my business page and would love for you to tune in! Thanks for stopping by to check out my card.
