Sharing is caring!

Hello! Today we’re going to talk about this months Paper Pumpkin, if you aren’t familiar with what that is, its a monthly subscription box for paper crafts. Each kit comes with all the supplies to make said craft and includes a set of photopolymer stamps and a Stampin spot of ink. For this months paper pumpkin the kit came with supplies to make 12 adorable treat boxes. On Thursday I did a LIVE tutorial putting them together on my FB business page.

The first treat box I made with the orange sided box and I fashioned it to look like a pumpkin. The instructions that come with the kit suggest that you do all your stamping first, so you will likely stamp all 12 little pieces of paper at a time. Remember to change up your stamp if you don’t want them to all say the same thing. Since this one looks like a pumpkin, I used the sentiment “Hey there pumpkin”.

The next treat box I made is fashioned to look like an apple. For this one I used the sentiment “I pick you everytime” to stamp the leaves, both on this box and the rest, I used the vein stamps and stamped them on the die cut leaves included in the kit with soft succulent ink. To fold the box up you need to put adhesive on every little tab on the bottom of the box the short strips go on the shorter tabs and the long strip goes on the longer tab.

This last treat box I made I am not entirely sure what its supposed to be, maybe a squash? If you know, feel free to leave a comment on the bottom of the blog. Since I am not using this kit for Halloween, I did not use the Happy Halloween sentiment, but chose to repeat the “Hey there pumpkin” That’s the beauty of these kits, while there are instructions for how to make them look exactly like the photos, you can do whatever it is you want with the contents of the kit, including cut all the stuff up and make something entirely new.

Here are a couple videos to assist with your putting your kit together as well as to spark your creativity to make something new. I hope you enjoy! Thanks for stopping by my blog. Happy Stamping!
