Hello Everyone! It’s Inkin’ Krew blog hop time! This months theme is “Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays” and I chose to use the Gingerbread and Peppermint memories and more pack to make my cards. Each of these cards was created with only the items from the pack, some white card stock and adhesive. I hope you enjoy what I came up with. These are great cards to get your feet wet with if you are newer to card making.

Each card was created on a card base of basic white 8 1/2 by 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4. The large cards that come in the pack are 4×6, so for this first card, I cut the background card down to 4 x 5 1/4. The ornaments I cut out with scissors as closely as I could get, and the sentiment was one of the half size cards that I trimmed to just above and below the words. I adhered the background with Stampin’ Seal and for the ornaments and sentiment I used Stampin’ Dimentionals. This sentiment reminds me of my childhood as we had one of those signs about what little girls are made of somewhere in the room that I shared with my sister.

This second design was even more simple. I trimmed the background piece to fit on the card base, then I tilted one half size card, and left the card with the sentiment straight. I adhered them all with Stampin’ Seal and called it done! This pack is so cute and whimsical it really doesn’t take much to put a card together.

This last card I doubled up the star cookie by cutting it out of another one of these same cards that came in the pack, and I popped it up with dimentionals. Lastly, I added a couple of the stickers that come with the pack. Simple and fast. If you are looking to throw a bunch of of cads together quickly this is the pack to grab. I put mine on basic white cardstock, but you can also buy the coordinating Cards and Envelopes and not have to worry about cutting any of the large sized cards down.

Well, that’s it for my three projects, I hope you enjoyed them and can see yourself making them too! I know you will enjoy all the cards the other Krew members made! Happy Crafting!
