To achieve this look, stamp first with a light color, then use your brighter inks, and your water painter to color in the image. This card uses the Stampin’ Up! Amazing Year bundle and the Watercolor Wash technique.
To achieve this look, use your thickest Water painter with ink colors that blend nicely together. Take turns running a thick stripe across your card front (the less perfect the better) until the whole thing is filled. Now you can add whatever elements you like to finish it off. The video at the bottom will show you how to bring this technique to life.

This card uses the Stampin’ Up! Graceful Tiles stamp set and the Emboss Resist technique.
To achieve this look, first heat emboss your image with versa mark ink, embossing powder and your heat tool. Next use your ink refills to place small amounts of color where you want it. The raised embossed area will ’resist’ the ink and you will get a beautiful background. See the video below for details.

This card uses the Stampin’ Up! Flowers of Friendship stamp set and the Faux Watercolor technique.
To achieve this look, Stamp your image, then using your water painters, gently pull some of the ink into the white space coloring it in. Check the video to see this technique in action.
